Nuns of San Pascual

The convent of San Pascual was a royal monastery designed by Francisco Sabatini. It was founded by the King Charles III of Spain as a Franciscan Monastery in 1765 and is now under Patrimonial Nacional. Many works of art were donated to the monastery, including a few works by Titian such as St Peter Enthroned, Adored by Alexander VI and Jacopo Pesaro in 1691 from the collection of Don Juan Gaspar Enriquez de Cabrera.
